  • USPS / EMS Speed Post which is provided by Post office - For orders with 12 kgs or less

(Take about 3-5 days with Tracking Number)

  • FedEx - For all weights

(Fastest delivery to USA / Asia / Canada / UK ... and Delivery to Europe on FedEx scheduled time)

If you would like to use your own FedEx Account, please provide your FedEx Account Number, Delivery Address, Name, Company Name (if applicable) and Telephone number is a must.

In general, we recommend USPS / EMS Speed Post as the shipment method: safer, faster with tracking number and the price is reasonable. If the Package is lost by any chance, we will arrange the replacement upon notification.

Airmail / Registered Mail shipments will be considered lost if they are not received after 18 working days. Replacement will not be issued with these two shipping methods.

We will resolve your problem within 12 hours: replacement, exchange or refund until you are satisfied with our products and services. R E T U R N S   P O L I C Y

Please note that we are unable to exchange items except you found any damaged / defective or incorrect item(s) sold by ANTHONYPANDA.COM within 15 days of delivery for the replacement. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
